A New Story from Guitars’ Dialogue. For a long time, people have been asking when Alen and I would finally record something together. Recently, the perfect momentum finally arrived. I am currently working on my new album for the project Guitars’ Dialogue, which explores the blending of different guitar sounds, and we both agreed that this was the exact right moment to collaborate. We have known each other basically our entire lives. We both share a deep love for blues, hard rock, and heavy metal, so we easily could have plugged in our electric guitars and just shredded. However, we also share a profound love for the acoustic guitar. Because of that, we decided to go acoustic for this track. Alen wrote a truly beautiful song. I was actually sitting on the beach this past summer when he sent it to me. I called him back instantly and said, “This is it… this is so beautiful.”We decided to title the track “Ombre sul Quarnero” (Shadows over Kvarner) because it is a story about us. We travel the world playing our guitars, but we always come back to the place where we were born and raised: Kvarner. We hope you will love our story!
